Molokai Ohana Health Care Inc. (MOHC), doing business as Molokai Community Health Center, is the only federally qualified health center (FQHC) on Molokai, Hawaii. Our mission is to provide accessible, comprehensive healthcare to the people of Molokai with respect and aloha. We aim to ensure optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health for all, offering medical, dental, behavioral health, and social services regardless of ability to pay.

Founded by community volunteers to address unmet healthcare needs, MOHC received funding in 2002 to develop a health center offering family practice, behavioral health, dental care, nutrition services, and outreach. We also provide culturally relevant programs such as lomi lomi and acupuncture. As an FQHC, MOHC receives enhanced reimbursement from MedQuest, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Located in Kaunakakai, MOHC is dedicated to building healthy rural communities through collaboration, education, and the sharing of resources to meet the healthcare needs of Molokai residents and visitors.
